Reserved Infrastructure Always Fixed Cost ZERO Bandwidth Cost
Once you pay for any of our plans , we provision resources & set up the Bigbluebutton Infrastructure only for you . It is not used by other clients. All our Plans have fixed Monthly or Annual Cost which doesn’t depend on your usage . You will pay the same cost for 0 or 750 Hours . We don’t have additional Data Transfer Cost on any Plans under our fair usage limit , which is generally very high & practically hard to consume .
Included TURN / STUN MP4 Recording Download Advance Configurations
All our Bigbluebutton Servers are configured with Regional TURN/STUN servers managed by us . So users can join the sessions from behind the Firewall or VPN networks. We offer MP4 Recordings Export & Download Add-on for Premium & Business Plans only if asked , as it consumes some server resources , we don’t include by default . We do allow all additional custom configurations or customizations whatever possible like Webhook , LTI-provider , Webcam backgrounds etc.

 

Notes :

*No Webcam Limit means we don’t put any hard limit on the No of Maximum Webcams that can be used in the sessions. If only a small or medium size session is running, almost 100% of Webcams can be used. Otherwise when a large session or simultaneously multiple sessions are running, then we recommend using 20-30 % Webcams for better performance. When More no users are using the platform simultaneously, fewer no Webcams should be used.

We don’t have any restriction on the No of Rooms you can use simultaneously, but your Total no of users in all running rooms can’t be more than the Total concurrent users limit.
